After the fall of Handsome Jack, the town of Overlook saw a steady rise in quality of life of those who lived there, now it sits as a rare patch of peace among Pandora's chaos...If you don't mind the occasional Stalker attack, that is.

At one point, this was planned to be a Utopian city constructed by Hyperion under the leadership of Handsome Jack, but now it stands proud under the banner of Atlas, serving as the headquarters for their operations, as well as a residence for the employees who work for the company.

An abandoned facility built by Hyperion with the intent to test the effects of Eridium and slag on both the local fauna, and unwilling human subjects, the creatures who live here are highly aggressive, and many display hideous mutations due to this.
